Our current level of charges is designed to provide the small business owner with a low cost solution to operate their business with the law and stay compliant with fire regulations.

Our method enables us to provide both low cost training and fire risk assessment, and we are keen to ensure both elements are selected, therefore our price structure reflects this.

A fire risk assessment commences at £375.

The fee varies according to certain factors such as size of the premises, number of employees, complexity of working practises and other

  issues.

It is anticipated that the majority of small business premises will fall under the starting or

  base rate of £375.

  With training the fee per person is £30.

  The offer in being is a joint fire risk assessment and free training for up to 4 employees for just £175. This assumes

  the base rate applies.

Additional employees trained at the same time

  are charged at the rate of £15 each.

  Where only one element is selected the £375

  and £30 rates apply.
